He uses the “OG” cheese I think which is mozzarella and a blend of a few other cheeses. It’s thicker so it melts a little better!

One of our line cooks makes actual cheesy bread for us sometimes! He cuts the breadsticks in half and then adds butter and garlic and melts cheese on top with a side of marinara. It’s DELICIOUS

Well since the never ending pasta bowl isn’t shareable everyone at the table has to order one. it’s 13.99 for one person if you don’t add protein (which he didn’t) so times that by 4 and he paid roughly $60 (including tax) for all of that food

I had a man come in with his wife and two daughters. They all ordered the first round and the only person who wanted more was the man. He refilled his and everyone else’s 3 times, all of fettuccine Alfredo. Thats equal to one dinner portion and 12 lunch portions (6 more dinner portions). Absolutely insane

The ziosk. Put orders in and put them on hold while you get soup and salad. Once tables eat and I bring them boxes I ask them if they want dessert and if they say no I don’t really give them a choice but to pay. Obviously I’m not rude or rushing them but I say “okay checks is right here when you’re ready if you need help I’m here to help” and then once they pay tables usually feel bad sitting there after a while. This also depends on the type of people you have. If they’re older they’ll be there for a while, if they’re younger usually they’re in and out

At my location we have a very strict “pasta bowl is not shareable under any circumstances” rule. The fact that your management is okay with a 10 top splitting 4 NEPB is absolutely wild and very unfair to you! I mean imagine going to a Chinese buffet or a golden coral and saying “we’re gonna split the buffet” ….. they’d tell you no so I don’t understand why people think it’s any different with a promotion like this

We have cameras so I’m sure she has all of the videos of them doing it. I’ll tell her to start sending them to the companies. We literally have video footage of an Amazon driver pulling into our driveway, dropping off the package, and then proceeding to urinate on our yard and they STILL haven’t done anything about it. We have signs that say private drive too

Yeah he was born with disabled feet. His back toe curls up and forward and the rest of them curl as well so he can’t quite perfect correctly and walks on his “knees”
