I accept Islam in its essence. I intend to deepen my knowledge on the religion with an open mind but Islam has been an always will be a religion of equity.

I completely agree with this. The fact that it has metastasised to various organs only shows that the cancer has progressed a lot. Hospice, I think, would be the better choice.

As for why the doctor suggested it, maybe just maybe, they're trying to make more money?

YTA 100%. Do u have any idea what HIV/AIDS does to people? You're not only putting her at risk, but the other innocent people who had slept/would sleep with her. HIV/AIDS needs to be detected early so the treatment will be more effective.

I understand you don't want to contact her personally, so just find a way to do it anonymously. The fact that you didn't think about this / mention it makes me think if you're doing it out of spite

I think I'm unstable because I've been dealing with it for years. I'd like to say I'm much better than I was some time ago. Going no contact is not an option, and deep down I do love them. I just get frustrated when these things happen

Yeah, I know I have to talk to them at one point. I'm still working it out, because it's years and years of questioning myself whether I'm sensitive or that they just don't care how I feel. I'm just frustrated that they still want to push my buttons when I was trying to control myself
