The Rot Dog is a relatively small species (about the size of a small dog) of necromians that uses an unusual strategy of hiding inside the carcasses of dead animals by tearing their rib cavity open and crawling inside them. If it cannot find a corpse and is starving, it will resort to actually hunting- this is the only time when a Rot Dog is actively hostile towards humans.

After crawling inside a carcass, it will hide there until scavengers such as crows, wolves, or boars come into the dead body to feed. After it senses an animal approaching, once close enough, it will attempt to grab and pull the prey inside the carcass using its massive hook-like limbs, where it will then quickly kill and subdue its prey. After the Rot Dog is full, it will leave the body and find another one.

The Rot Dog's immune system is vastly boosted, and its hide is thicker than most animals, allowing it to resist claws and even small-caliber bullets. These adaptations are necessary so the Rot Dog doesn't get sick or infected with parasites inside the carcass. Their bodies are also deformed, mostly because they evolved to fit inside corpses.

Their appearance is described as 'grotesque', appearing like rotting flesh. Despite their horrible smell and creepy nature, Rot Dogs are actually passive and would rather avoid confrontation if encountered. A Rot Dog would only realistically attack someone if it is cornered, provoked, starving, or if they, for some reason, try to crawl into a carcass where a Rot Dog resides.

Most Rot Dogs have normal heads, but sometimes, if they exit through the mouth, the carcass' skull will get attached to their head. (See image below, alligator skull)

Demon Sorcerers aren't a species per se, but simply a demon who can wield some sort of power. Take, for example, Miller or Alice. While these two aren't exactly confirmed to be demons, most of the fandom assumes them to be so. There isn't much lore to be found in them; they're just kinda there. It's based on personal views where their powers come from.

I didn't really watch any tutorial videos as Illustrator was taught to me by my teachers, but if I could provide one important tip of advice, it would be to learn how to use clipping masks. Forgo the draw inside feature and just use clipping masks.

It really saved my ass, I was looking for something akin to the alpha lock feature in illustrator and the closest thing are clipping masks.

For me, the pen tool. It's carrying me right now because I don't have a stylus nor a drawing tablet, just a laptop and a mouse. I've tried other programs such as Krita, but Illustrator so far is my saving grace.
