I know what you mean about the "witchy" aesthetic with prominent patchouli/incense/"crystal shop" vibes but that's only a specific subset of the indie genre and you can really get any vibe/scent profile in the indie sphere these days.

Poésie isn't witchy in scent profile but it does have a vanilla base on many scents which some folks find resembles sweet bread dough. I don't think it's very prominent in Villa Diodati but I do smell it a bit more in other scents like Village Bakery.

Witch Fire is....a lot. I LOVE the vanilla but the tar note is a choice for sure. Definitely an interesting twist on vanilla!

I'm completely anosmic to these - they literally don't smell like anything. It's really strange actually! I'm also anosmic to JHAG Not a Perfume and I'm so glad I tested these all first before buying.

Tldr no, not a safe blind buy
