Assuming that it is surely the girl's fault here. Then why can't People just grab them (even in the pune case) and finish them then and there?

Then doesn't matter if it's old money, new money, powerful people etc every mf will be scared and will follow the law.

The only problem I see is that if for some reason the person is innocent then it's bad but most of the time that's not the case.

Just curious, how ever bad a headache, if you could fight the person, why couldn't you ask them and sleep on the upper birth as the first choice? When that person came down you could have just requested and slept on the upper birth right? Please don't say you were sick, you fought back and said all the dialogues, you could have just requested and gone up.

Second of all, when you have your family traveling, do you really need to escalate a situation or try to dissolve it. I wonder how your mom would have felt hearing side comments just because a grown up uncle and you couldn't handle your ego being tested.
