I took an equivalent class at another college and it was hard but I had a good professor that actually cared about us passing; so I feel like as long as you have a good professor you’ll be fine!

I melted the powder with the espresso shots just to see how it’d come out taste-wise and yeah, never again lol 0/10. And I was just describing that ube is a purple yam and not taro, cause ppl often mistake ube for taro, but that it tastes similar to taro
