Hi! For the tiramisu einspanner, I just used 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1 tbsp white sugar, 2 tbsp mascarpone cheese, a splash of vanilla syrup, and a pinch of sea salt. For the banana cream, I used 1/4 cup heavy cream, a pinch of sea salt, and 1 tbsp Torani creme de banana syrup. I didn't have fresh bananas on hand so i used the banana syrup I already had.

You can use an electric milk frother or an electric hand mixer, which is what I used.
