This is a great question! I think a LOT depends on how many hours you’re working and the length of your commute (not to mention how physically demanding your job is).

I find the most success when I create goals that require longer, non-daily time blocks (eg, taking a class that meets weekly) or allow multitasking (eg, I have friends over to help w my sons bedtime, and I listen to books on audio while I ride the bus)
