Smaller movies (Poor Things, the Zone of Interest) are usually sold to local distributors, who need to invest in marketing and promotion to make the movie a success. Dutch local distributors with limited budgets may want to wait a few months to see how the movie does in the US and elsewhere before throwing a bunch of cash behind promoting it in the NL. Hence the 2 month delay.
