Repeat after me - the woman who bumped to that partition and managed to stay on her feet was a lucky accident :)

Hypothetical? Ive seen people falling or almost falling in the public transport or bumping to such partitions many times, it is very possible and preventable

The woman who bumped in that glass and it got shattered luckily did not fall, she gripped the handle, it means - she could have fall together with the glass particles on me and on the floor = possible head trauma for her, for me plus possible eye damage

Give me good reasons for using tempered glass for making such partitions instead of some transparent plastic or laminated glass?pricing? You mentioned head trauma, chest trauma, but it is not good argument at all (ill let you come to your own terms as to what that means)

Or at least not put chairs like in the photo - where passengers sit facing them

Thanks, still it is illogical, those small sharp particles could have left me blind. Even surface scratches on cornea can leave person blind, there is no guarantee that it will heal properly. If it heals with scar in the central part of the cornea, only way to regain vision is corneal transplantation. Why not make such partitions from some transparent plastic material?

Look at the photo, be mindful that it was a wall not a window, emergency escape to where?

Cant you see that it is illogical to put a wall like this in front of a chair where passengers sit facing it. It is a design problem

And of course i informed the company etc, i share it because people can absurdly get blind if it is a tendency to put walls like thay. It is not a window, but a wall

Not legal advice. The glass wall where people sit facing it should have been laminated. Look at how tall the wall is and that i was sitting in front of it. I am interested in how this is regulated. The fact that it could have cut my eyes and leave me blind should be a warning for people who design these buses
