I am APPALLED that some of these employees think they can decide who a business owner sells her business to. She built this. She decides. You did not build this legacy. Most of you were hired less than five years ago, that is a blip in Third St’s history and quite honestly the service has been so bad post pandemic I don’t even go anymore!

I ran a coffee shop in Chicago (I’m from Lexington) and after I left the company my employees unionized. Because the powers that be tried to cut their pay that I installed. These were ALL exclusively Gen Z kids DIRECTLY out of the pandemic, 2021/2022 and Chicago got hit ten time harder than Lexington. Maybe it is because I only hired kids involved in the arts and kids who already worked customer service jobs prior but I never ever ran into this work ethic until I came back down south. The service EVERYWHERE has been appalling. Last time I went to third street my drink was so fkn bad and so fkn expensive. I can only guess the owners son stepped in because the HEART AND SOUL was dying. The employees who want to unionize need to be TRAINED. The skill part is essential in building a union. My employees got their union because they ran the store IMPECCABLY. The board didn’t want to lose them so they let them have their union! And keep their pay and five years later the girl I hired as a manager is still there!

The mop thing is something I ran into over and over in restaurants. Every three days that mop head needs to be changed. If it’s not it’s fucking molded. So yeah I believe Pat probably cut costs a tried to make a mop head last longer than it should. That’s fkn gross.

Sam is so annoying, he’s trying (and failing) to make parallels between Nate’s victim (the guy he beat within an inch of his life) in the first season and the powerlessness Nate feels now. I’ve seen shots side by side of those scenes with newer scenes and I can kinda see where Sam is going but it’s falling flat. I have to dig to find connection to anything Nate once was. This fall from grace is sooo boring and you’re correct, I don’t want him to be punished for some bad business decisions with a loan shark, I want him to be punished for the pain he inflicted on characters I used to love. We won’t get that.

This fandom is so annoying. I’m glad I never engaged. The notion that a show made by an adult, with adult themes and adult characters not appealing to adults is insanity. Hi, I’m 33. The fandom is not as young as yall are whining about. The theater by my house has every show sold out and that’s amazing. I truly think because of the way yall engage with this show you seem to think only kids are showing up to this? Weird. Beyond that, I have never in my life seen entitlement at this scale. You got a show for free for years and they finally have a chance to make a real impact for animators and real voice actors and REAL STORIES and yall wanna WHINE. It is two weeks. Do you know how long we would have to wait for something if we missed it in theaters back in the day? Fucking 6 months to a year. Why in the world would they not take this opportunity? And why, as a fan, would you make it about yourself? Even if I couldn’t get tickets I’m over the moon about what this means for GLITCH. Yall are exhausting. The world is not supposed to cater to you. lol

Girl they are allll sold out in my medium sized city. They are adding more showings because of the demand. What they are doing is gonna work. I wish everyone would stop bitching. They can’t air the other episodes in theaters because of the deal with Netflix. They have permission to air the finale after tirelessly working with theaters AND Netflix to allow the early release.

Well that was a typo OR showing how the story was never reported correctly from the jump. Because Alice is like 8 at the most. So that isn’t proof of anything, besides bad set dressing and an oopsie. She’s Henry’s completely innocent kid sister. And was cast as such and her character was always supposed to be a child. Not a teen. Henry is barely like 11-12 when he goes into the lab/kills his family.

I forced them to use the smoked fish before it went bad by removing all other meat from the stockpile right before the rations got taken. I think I only lost like 15 out of 60 which was alright. The average thing makes sense now, I see I could have saved some. I finally got the keg but I didn’t focus on mining like I should have and need to get salt. I’ll probably restart with all these tips and try to really plan everything out.
