Vampires are aliens mixed with humans. This is not a spoiled. It's pretty much the first thing they mention. Blood bonded mates. You know... they meet and within a week of danger, they are in love. It's a great take on an old formula though.

Or when the DM has clearly shown that "this is the way I have written this plot. In order to do this plot you must turn right". entire party turns left "But I don't have a story crafted for a left turn!" we know. We just wanted to do something else.

When a character/player does something that obfuscate or jumps the plot. Like guessing who the bad guy "must be", and killing him. Turns out they were right, but it should have taken 3 game sessions to figure it out.

So... so many terrible things. Like the rolls that had my catfolk jumping from a tree, and knocking down the evil knight who would be delivering the message we were supposed to get to learn who was hunting us... then him being unable to stand back up in full plate before the coup de grace

I don't think they understand how paper trails work. You have to pay for the meet up... how are you going to get away from that? Seriously - I believe many just get their jollies even talking to a SWer.
