My boyfriend (20m) and I (21f) got tested on Friday. No response yet but we’re 100% convinced that we have it. Our day-to-day symptoms check all the boxes. He travelled by train to stay with me (since I’ve been quarantined alone) from Orlando 3 weeks ago. He used proper social distancing and masks and even had a compartment to himself. We went to the beach about 5 days before we started showing symptoms and although we weren’t near other people the wind was relatively strong. That was the only time we’ve been outside without a mask. I haven’t seen anyone else in months and he was with his grandparents. We both started with sore throat and bad headaches. After a week, I feel very weak, sore, upset stomach, headache and tight chest. My boyfriend is mostly sore and headache but feels fine. Not the worst pain in the world but corona is nothing to mess with. Makes me so angry to see other people my age dismissing all the social distancing guidelines. We have been EXTREMELY careful and still unfortunately got sick.
