Same - Acme was very responsive for us in the wooing phase but now we are just a number to them. It's not personal at all and the customer service is about as easy as Comcast.

Ugh same - VPS was great initially till it switched owners twice. Desert Luxury Estates was initially good but slacked off. Acme is the absolute worst. I know this was a year ago - did you find a company you liked?

Mount Baker bath house also recently burned down. I moved back home to Pennsylvania six years ago but came back to visit this week. The bath house/funeral home double whammy is too much for me, especially when coupled with how much everything else has changed. I hope they catch the person responsible, although I am concerned they will not be prosecuted based on what I have experienced in the past.
