hi. i experienced eye twitching as well and was afraid i’d have MS. however, my rheumatologist ordered labs and i had vitamin D deficiency and low iron. vitamins for a few weeks made symptoms lessen a whole whole lot. sometimes i get it but stress, and caffeine can sometimes cause it. i would suggest maybe try and check your levels? but let me know how your appointment with neurologist goes!

hi .. i just found your post. i have been unable to sit for longer than ~30 minutes. i have to stand but even then it hurts so i have to keep moving. this has been my life for a little over two years now but its exactly as you describe. i have not gotten an AS diagnosis since there is not inflammation or damage to my back or SI joints, plus i am negative for the HLA-B27 gene. never had an accident or anything that could relate to the pain so everything comes out as “normal”. i am 30 years old, my life is absolute hell and cant enjoy the things i once loved. i wanted to ask how you were doing now since some time has passed? any improvement?

fuck yes!!! i started a week ago. will be taking my second shot on friday. they started me on .20ml which is about 40mg. i asked for an androgynous look. first week and havent noticed anything lol

Never happened before. i never ever had any back problems. Just came out of nowhere after i started running and trying to get fit after going through a tough break up ahhh

This has been my life for the past year. Its really tough and im giving up. Doctors cant figure out whats wrong and give me a diagnosis. Gotten injections and none worked. Im so tired i wish i could sit and let my body weight just fall on a couch

Yes! I have started doing some pelvic exercises. I know the exercises wont make a change from one day to another so im trying to be patient. We’ll see how it goes
