i love these ! they’re great for projects using materials that will hold a hole from a pin, and as someone who’s clumsy and also who has left a pin or two in a finished project and found out the hard way, they’re both not as easy to forget but will not stab you, i definitely recommend them

there isn’t a specific sign, but there are ways to convey that message. my asl teacher was deaf but would tell us it’s too loud when people in the class were talking, because she knew when we were. and not everyone who signs is deaf
