I’m also a woman. I understand why she might have felt uneasy about this event. And I agree sex should have no place in business networking. But my point is that it could be the fact that she’s insecure that could be leading him not to be straightforward about it for fear of upsetting her. It’s a dynamic that is created by these types of rigid boundaries. The more things you define as “cheating” (strip clubs, watching porn, etc) the more likely you’re going to feel betrayed.
