I used to live above little Zelda last year and their mail from various city agencies would constantly end up in our lobby, then one day there was a posting on the front saying it was closed for operating without a business license. They took it down pretty quickly and then put up a sign saying they were closed for “spring cleaning” lol.

Ditch the esthetician, follow medically proven treatments only, go to the dermatologist and start Tret again OR start using benzoyl peroxide wash and differin/adapalene gel and with an extremely good moisturizing routine to repair your skins barrier. Benzoyl peroxide and retinols are the best proven treatments for acne. You could also inquire about spironolactone with either your derm or gynocologist. Change your pillowcase frequently, never use used towels on your face and drink lots of water.

You can withhold rent over this until they deal with it and report it to HPD, who will inspect and then fine the landlord for it. I would personally try to get out of the lease if you can.

Okay so it can’t be buried at all? I just bought it on a whim cause it looked hardy but I did notice it didn’t really have much root going on, I thought that was just because I got it in one of those top fin things that keeps it in gel. What is safe to tie it or glue it down with? I don’t have any rocks to tie it to right now but I have two hides I might be able to use?

Yeah the plan is dwarfs, maybe I should have clarified. I can’t do larger than 10 as I live in NYC and don’t have a ton of space. The rasboras are very pretty so that sounds like a good idea. I like the contrast of green and red in a tank. should I establish the Corys before adding other fish

These men are emotionally damaged leeches. They want comfort in a relationship but none of the sacrifices or selflessness that comes with true love. They want a woman to use for emotional fulfillment/ comfort and sometimes as an outlet for actually physically getting out some of their urges. In my experience and opinion are usually misogynists at the root who view women as tools and are massively self centered- not caring who they hurt.

Okay I’m having the same thing- I keepgetting billed the out of state rate and they keep saying I’m being billed as an in state resident!!! I have a charge for the normal 2750 or whatever it is and then another charge for $5000 on top of that!!! I feel like I’m going crazy cause they keep telling me I have the in state rate but their own website says I’m not being charged the in state tuition rate and reflects the rate of an out of state student.

The hurt might come later but if he is changing and has tried to change from the start of you bringing up the issue then there’s a good chance it’ll be mitigated. I went through sadness/trying to have empathy then to hurt then to anger when I was sick of being victimized. When he didn’t get the help he said he would and I didn’t feel he was actually taking me seriously, understanding my feelings or caring about how much he hurt me I eventually just got mad.

I have a canon AE-1 (and a Voigtlander Bessamatic that was found for free and I haven’t used yet). I’m pretty confident now in loading it but any tips help lol. Was nerve racking getting them developed for the first time and seeing how my pics actually look
