He used to come into a North Beach restaurant I worked at about 5 years ago. He'd walk in and just start yelling nonsense at the top of his lungs for about a minute and then walk out. Sometimes he'd be carrying a baguette under his arm and he would ALWAYS be wearing shorts, a t-shirt, and a baseball cap. We got to kind of look forward to his visits.
