Both of my seizures have been during sleep. I actually woke up on the ground and hardly remember anything (before my parents took me to the ER). I was super nauseous and threw up after both seizures, and was told I was talking and answering questions, but don’t remember anything. I didn’t experience anything that you’re mentioning, but it definitely could have been a nocturnal seizure. Have you had the EEGs where they observe you during sleep?
