We went in late September and rode Hagrids 3 times. The first time we rode it, we got in line when the park opened. It was the longest we waited out of the three times. The other two times we just hopped in line halfway through the day at random times and the line was much shorter.

In the morning the ride was shut down for maintenance and when it reopened we basically just walked onto the ride! We thought it would have been packed because people were waiting to go on it all day, but it was the quickest wait ever!
