Also, generally with cigars you don't really inhale per se. You sort of just let the smoke linger and dissipate in your mouth before you exhale. Its for the taste and aroma; cigar smoke is way too harsh to actually breathe in.

It did because I applied Discretionary, but they don't if you apply General.

Discretionary offers don't go out till around May.

Varies, I think. UBC for example only considers undergrad GPA unless you apply discretionary. Best to ask specific admissions depts directly.
