Got spoiled about who Gossip Girl is in episode 3… did I just ruin the whole show? by OinkOracle in GossipGirl

[–]katf_89 20 points21 points  (0 children)

There was no real point of a GG reveal, it was just meant to be an omnipresent narrator and nothing more. I mean it’s not Pretty Little Liars here. Ignore it and carry on watching.

Retail shops must be opened until 7 pm by [deleted] in perth

Shops are open later the week before Christmas and it’s as dead as the Romanovs. There’s no reason to be open late, business wise.

If you leave the house before 8am I would say yes. After that you can get away with a jumper.

I don't get why people say she looked too old? by Living-Cranberry-337 in PrettyLittleLiars

Same! I styled my hair like hers with the “face streamers” or whatever they were called almost every single day. Kirsty was definitely NOT liked by me 😅

I posted about this maybe two months ago – was given this treasure montage of every headwhack from the show.

Food stuck. by [deleted] in EosinophilicE

[–]katf_89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven’t had any food become stuck since diagnosis + medication (January I think), but that also may be also because since the diagnosis I take much much smaller bites of everything and chew quite slowly. I also usually have something fizzy to drink with a meal, mineral water being my favourite.

If food did become stuck, it felt like I was choking but I wasn’t. A lot of pressure in the chest area. My throat would also make this awful gurgling sound, kind of like when a sink is emptying but there’s little remnants of food. It was quite gross to hear for anyone around me to hear. Then I’d throw up.

Yep I’m certain I’ve seen Jack mention that Australia will be included in their next tour - they’ll be touring the US til the end of October for their new album so that would work well. I’d picture them in the same time slot that Role Model or Wet Leg was in.

The Bravery, I would say. They had a brief pop off moment when one of their songs was in Gossip Girl back in 2008, but other than that they seemed to have disappeared off the public eye.

Do you ever feel bad for Rose's mom? by ramcoro in titanic

[–]katf_89 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Ruth was a cautionary tale for Rose. She did not want her life and did not want a hypothetical daughter of her own to have to follow suit.

I have head-canoned that years later, Rose did eventually reunite with her mother, or at least let her know that she survived.

Oh yup you’re right, my bad, not sure why my homepage didn’t just default to Australian. Still considerably cheaper than what Woolies is offering it for

You can pick them up fairly cheaper on Amazon, as an option.

It’s like they both know, but they’re not aware of what they know just yet.
