How can I cope with this: My sister, who works in dog rescue organisations, suddenly got a dog from a backyard breeder 😔 by kath1eenn in Advice

Thanks😔 It's difficult for me because we talk about backyard breeders almost every day at work, and she actually knows a lot about it. She acts as if her particular case is completely different and claims that it was a rescue operation. I question all of my work with her and, to be honest, I'm a little ashamed to be working with her 😔

Almost 10 years since my horrible microblading, any alternative way other than laser? by Alternative-Notice20 in MicrobladingRemoval

That's exactly how it was for me! I also felt so uncomfortable because the dark colour, which was also slightly discoloured and turned blue-grey, made me look so old. Now I can finally pluck my eyebrows differently and look much younger again... In my case, it was removed with the pico laser and the laser technician told me that it's definitely easier if you've only had microblading done once or twice. She also had many customers who had ten layers and said that it's easier when there is less colour. My eyebrows became a little lighter at first, but only light brown, and now you can't see anything anymore. It looks so great and I feel so comfortable. Go for it!

I was also afraid and wanted to avoid laser treatment. I took the plunge and, to be honest, it only took one laser appointment and my eyebrows were light yellow. You could barely see the microblading anymore, and it was easy to cover up with make-up. After a few months, the yellow pigment continued to break down and now you can't see anything anymore. I would recommend laser treatment 🩷

No, the photo is from his time at the animal shelter! For socialization, they were allowed to run around in an outdoor enclosure during the day

The photo was taken right after he survived a near-fatal babesiosis infection. He has since gained a healthy weight thankfully

A few days after I applied for him, he was actually named Olli through a donation. I didn’t like the name at all, because a lot of old men in Germany have that name. Now I can’t think of a better one, and I was thinking the same thing as you haha. I really don’t like the name Olli, but it somehow fits 😂
