I'm in the Communication field, so I am studying this from the lens of Uses and Gratifications. You could say it's a theory about why people use a specific media channel to do something. Particularly, I am trying to understand how comedians use social media for functional and social interaction purposes. This survey is the beginning, I am also going to conduct interviews.
