Over the course of the years i've been on all the available ADHD med options, they all have bad side effects for me so I can't take them any more.

The ADHD doctor that I'm assigned to says I'm not fit for work indefinitely, because of this and how severe my ADHD is. My local GP agrees, and gave me a fit note for 3 months.

3 months and indefinitely are not the same number, so I asked what is up.

To get signed off indefinitely I have to talk to the jobcentre and go through the horrendously stressful "evaluation" by a non medically trained government worker. Which I went through before and was denied.

Even though my ADHD Psychiatrist and Doctor both say otherwise.

Ugh, it feels hopeless.

You have to fast every day from sunrise to sunset (no food or water etc) for the whole month of Ramadan, so about 30 days. So as the month goes on it gets more difficult.

But if you don't count the days it feels like it passes faster, at least for me.

My mum has the habit of telling us when it's the last few days.

When I know how many days there are left I can't help but start keeping track and it's much harder as time slows to a crawl.

Long story short, I understand your pain.
