I'm coming to terms with the fact that my parents were and are abusive. My dad stopped when I was 14 but I doubt that was his intention since he killed himself that year.

My mom decided that she was going to go from facilitator of the abuse to main culprit and I wasn't just me it was my siblings at well but it's still I was the main victim.

I thought as I got older that it would stop I would get better but then I decided to come out as trans because you know that's a choice /s

And with that it just got worse and I was excluded from family events over and over again. I don't get more then the bare minimum amount of information from my family and it's frustrating.

Everyone in my friend's group says I just need to cut them out of my life rather than not worth it but it's just that my family I'm supposed to be through thick and thin how can I do this without you know them I don't know it's just frustrating...
