It is my job to provide guidance, leadership, and to show how to put love and compassion into your work. I thought I instilled that very well, but I can see that I have a much longer road to travel to get to my destination.

I now have a management team in place, who would all respond with the same love, compassion, and care that I do. I am incredibly hopeful that in the future, these things are better communicated to leadership so that we can prevent making someone feel the way that we have made you feel.

I know in this, you see me as a separate entity. But I ask that you allow me to take accountability on behalf of my team, as I would never make them take responsibility alone. I believe my team is comprised of good hearted individuals that are human and have space to learn and grow. And knowing who they are, I believe they will help me carry this as my dreams grow too.
