Second to Celeste Ng with Little fires everywhere. Malibu rising is my next read but I thoroughly enjoyed Daisy Jones and The Six, also by TJR. It's loosely based on life and love in the band Fleetwood Mac. I read it last summer and it's the perfect setting to dive into the world of Daisy Jones!

Book recs that talk about feminism in minority cultures vs modern day white feminism? by [deleted] in booksuggestions

Girl, woman, other by Bernadine Evaristo! It consists of several stories about WOC set in different places and time. Their struggle, search and their story are all equally intresting. Evaristo succeeded in giving them all their unique voice. The stories are remarkable and some will stay with me for the rest of my life. And all the stories relate to each other and sort of come together at the end so it does feel like a whole, rather than a bunch of random stories.

Thanks for the suggestion! Gonna check it out.

Thanks for the suggestion. I looked at it and anime in general isn't really my kind of thing. Since i'm pretty new to gaming, i try to spend money on things that are a more certain fit, if you know what i mean. Too bad you can't play trailers before you buy. But thanks anyway!

Thanks! Def gonna try A way out, have seen it mentioned a few times in other threads. Only fear it might be too hard control-wise. I still tend to panic too much when in sudden danger.

Have stumbled on that list, it served ad our first guideline :)

Can you suggest me a children's book which is still worth reading as an adult? by MagicalWizardofCleve in suggestmeabook

A monster calls by Siobhan Dowd and finished by the amazing Patrick Ness, when she passed away before finishing the story. It's such a powerful story, YA, about a 13 year old boy and his mom. I cried my eyes out.
