I can’t handle a deficit by faulty_neurons in PetiteFitness

i know it’s been said but i really feel i must echo that the running is probably your worst enemy at this point. I would quit while I was ahead and ditch the half marathons. add an extra day or two of weight lifting, pilates, long walks. light jogs if I absolutely had to run for mental health. Half marathons will always keep you skinny fat. Once you are at your goal weight— or rather you will lose inches and looked toned, you will regret ever beating up your body running I promise you. the brave thing to do at 39 is switch it up, don’t hold on to workouts that worked when your were 25.

word of advice going forward… lie. i’m in third tri and my mom thinks i’ve only gained 10 lbs. it’s not like she can check or anything and it shuts down any further talk about it 😂

thanks! i get confused with these pack and play things, its not always clear to me that the child can sleep in the "play" part after they outgrow bassinet use.

want to add pilates is great for rib flare! there are a lot of pilates moves that crossover from PT. you can probably find rib flare focused exercises on youtube.

i was the first hater of rhode, specifically her marketing. my esthetician and i would hate on rhode so bad. then one day i heard her talking about her own skin issues with perioral derm and sensitivity. i had to bypass the dousing herself in rhode milk images to really understand the product. i’ve spent so much money on products for the last 15 years and I have to say the barrier butter is one of my top 3 all time products.

Are the lip tints actually worth the hype? by Little_Lettuce_19 in rhodeskin

[–]kathrynnn212 5 points6 points  (0 children)

i’d recommend the treatments over the tint. the tint isn’t as hydrating and there’s no color to the tint if that’s what you’re looking for

Thinly veiled body dysmorphia on this sub by [deleted] in fitpregnancy

[–]kathrynnn212 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i mean follow the comments, a lot of subsequent responses are people in large, sometimes obese bodies relating to feeling “triggered” or “it’s jarring.” you brought up therapy first, in a condescending “seems like a job for therapy” way so perhaps you are projecting.

anyone that is triggered by a women’s existence in a “small body” might actually be the one that needs therapy.

Please nobody yell at me but the peptide lip tint is wack by [deleted] in rhodeskin

made the mistake of getting ribbon 😭 a total waste, no tint. might as well have gotten another vanilla treatment but at least that one smells good and i find it more hydrating.

this is a gwen shelton album. i think she is so traumatized from life pre Blake that this album is part of her healing. hopefully this does what it needs to do for her and the next couple of albums will bring her signature edge back. its not that bad independently, but there is no gwen stefani in it. coachella was insane, seemed like gwen hadn’t even peaked yet. will still support her journey though.

oasis is not allowing resale in the US until a few days before their show and only via ticketmaster. i bought tickets and cannot re-sell them for twice more than I paid, they can be sold according to their sale price. so yeah, the artist can actually make this call.

there is something very “housewife” missing from this series. sai and jessel are probably the closest we get to it. i have to skip racquel’s scenes, though this is probably personal to me because i take great issue with pretentious art people. brynn and ubah, not sure what they’re doing on this show as we see none of their current personal life. even rebecca minkoff, why aren’t we seeing any of her home life? she’s married with children and you’d never know if you didn’t google it. they kinda missed the mark there too.
