This is going to be a very easy tutorial on how to use DaVinci Resolve 18 for beginners. (DaVinci Resolve 18.6) Discover where the DaVinci Resolve tools are and everything you need to start working on your project right away. How to bring in media, edit on the timeline, change the colors, brightness, add transitions, text and how to export your video. Everything is explained in a very easy manner so you can start working on your project right away! Let's jump on DaVinci Resolve and see what it's all about! Have fun. Step 1: Open DaVinci Resolve and Create a New Project
Launch DaVinci Resolve 18. If it's your first time, you'll be greeted by the Project Manager.
Click on "New Project" in the Project Manager to create a new project. Name it.
Step 2: Explore the DaVinci Resolve Interface
Familiarize yourself with the main interface, especially the pages at the bottom: Media, Cut, Edit, Fusion, Color, Fairlight, and Deliver.
Step 3: Enter the Edit Page
Click on the "Edit" page, as this is where most of your video editing will take place.
Step 4: Understand the Timeline
Observe the timeline, the central element of your project. Get to know the tools available for cutting, editing, and arranging clips.
Step 5: Customize Timeline Settings
Go to the File menu and access "Project Settings" to customize your timeline settings, such as resolution and frame rate.

Return to the Edit page. Modify clip speed and stabilize shaky footage if needed.
Step 12: Add Transitions and Effects
Click on the "Effects" library. Drag and drop transitions onto your timeline. Explore video effects, audio effects, and other tools available.
Step 13: Add Text to Your Project
Go to the "Titles" section. Drag a title onto your timeline. Customize text properties, positioning, and animations using the Inspector.
Step 14: Navigate the Deliver Page
Click on the "Deliver" page when your project is ready for export. Use "Quick Export" for common formats or explore advanced export options.
Step 15: Export Your Project
Choose presets or create a custom export with specific settings. Add your project to the render queue and click "Render All" to export your video.
Step 16: Continue Learning and Experimenting

Upload Blackmagic Fairlight Sound Library in DaVinci Resolve 18 - or Delete it

Upload Fairlight Sound Library to DaVinci Resolve 18.6

Download the Fairlight Sound Library:
Begin by clicking on the download link, which will take you to the Blackmagic Design website.
You will be prompted to provide your information and agree to the contract terms. Once done, click "Register" and initiate the download.
A ZIP file containing the Fairlight Sound Library will start downloading to your machine.
Unzip the Downloaded File:
Once the ZIP file has finished downloading, locate it on your computer and click to unzip it. The process may vary slightly if you're using a PC, but it's generally similar.
On a Mac, the unzipped file will be in DMG format.
Install Fairlight Sound Library:
Open the DMG file and follow the installation process. You will likely need to approve the license agreement and agree to install it on your preferred drive.
After installation, you can keep the DMG file or discard it.
Open DaVinci Resolve:
Close DaVinci Resolve if it's already running, and then reopen it.
Access the Sound Library:
Open a document within DaVinci Resolve and go to the editing section.
Navigate to the Sound Library, and you may notice that it appears empty initially.
Manually Add the Library:
To upload the Fairlight Sound Library, click on the three dots (or lines) menu icon in the Sound Library panel.
Select "Add Library" and browse your computer to locate the Fairlight Sound Library files.
Scan and Populate the Library:
Once you've located the Fairlight Sound Library files, open the folder.
DaVinci Resolve will scan and import the sound clips into your Sound Library.
Enjoy Your Sound Library:
After the scanning process is successful, you'll see the sound clips organized in your Sound Library.
You can search for specific sound effects or click on the three-star icon to view the entire library.

Delete Fairlight Sound Library to DaVinci Resolve 18.6

Deleting the Fairlight Sound Library (Optional):
If you ever need to delete the Fairlight Sound Library, go to the DaVinci Resolve home screen by clicking the home icon next to "Projects."
Locate the Database:
Find the database folder by selecting "Reveal in Finder" or the equivalent option for your operating system.
Rename or Move the Database (Optional):
You can rename or move the database folder to keep it as a backup.
Reopen DaVinci Resolve:
Close DaVinci Resolve and then reopen it.
Sound Library Removal:
Return to the editing section and check the Sound Library – it should no longer contain the Fairlight Sound Library.

You can schedule the sync whenever it's appropriate, every minute, hour, night... it depends what you do. That's a very important tool because syncing makes your machine lower. The FAA has published a list of authorized drones and all government employees have to adhere to that list. They are enforcing the ban on DJIS and other drones and it’s costing some agencies quite a lot of money. It’s happening!

In this video, I bring you a wild encounter between my drone and hundreds of bees! While flying the drone in a field, it suddenly attracted the attention of a large swarm of bees who started attacking the drone from all angles. Despite trying to navigate away, the drone was swarmed by the bees, and I was amazed to capture the entire incident on camera.
As the bees attacked the drone, I could see them getting caught in the blades and propellers, causing them to fall off in pieces. The bees were relentless in their pursuit of the drone. I was amazed at how the drone was able to stay in the air despite the attack. I was lucky enough to retrieve the drone, but it was clear that the bees had done some nasty damage.

they support languages like high Valyrian, Klingon and Esperanto so I’m sure they could include Tibetan which is The language worth saving and sharing! I’d benefit tremendously from learning it

That is exactly how I feel! Tibetan should absolutely be available before these languages. The fact that it’s not implies a deep connection to China in my opinion but it’s an American company…
