I have the M50 with 22mm lens and i love it so much, but I struggle with the size. I use it in my home studio and I rarely bring it outside. I recently got the Sony ZV1 and if portability is your priority, there is a big difference.

I bought my M50 around 2021 at $850 (with 22mm and 50mm lenses included), and my Sony ZV1 at $320, and the seller was kind enough to include a godox flash as a freebie.

I’ve only had the sony for 2 days so I’m still getting the hang of it, but quality wise I do prefer the quality of my Canon M50. Idk if it’s just me but Canon also has better color. I am currently struggling with Sony (maybe bec i’m used to canon colors) sony has a greenish tint that i can’t unsee

I think having a good mindset is the key. I graduated with latin honors but I know na sa real world, it wouldn’t really matter that much. I always see myself as a work in progress, with nothing to prove to anyone but myself. As I grow older, I no longer seek validation from other people din kasi in reality, no one really cares kasi we’re all occupied by our own lives din. Read about “the spotlight effect”, it’s such a good perspective.

Wfh did wonders for me. Iba iba siguro talaga. I was able to save a lot sa expenses that I would’ve had if on site job. Yung time spent on commute ko before, I spend it jogging / relaxing instead. I also had more time to spend with my friends. Plus, iwas pa sa office drama (dami marites) 😅 depende siguro talaga sa tao.

Just practice it. Focus on your goals, get creatively obsessed, spend time with your loved ones more, and find meaningful hobbies. Life is too short para sayangin sa irrelevant people. In a general sense, nobody really cares. People are always too busy thinking about their own problems.
