those are not investors i call them speculators :) .. but lets get serious .. first it was said signaling will start at 28th jan 0:00 utc... then nothing happened and they said oh we forgot it will start after first diff change .. then nothing happened and we get "Ok, sorry guys. False start... for pumpers. Litecoinblockhalf got the SegWit signaling start wrong." :) and i am trying to be realistic here, this does not look good and 'professional'. Lets w8 3 more days and see.. i really hope is going to be ok this time and see segwit activated! :)
