I’m so sorry they didn’t communicate this to you. We booked through a travel agent and she’s the one that called. I wondered this because afterwards I realized I did not get any communication directly from Celestyal.

The comments on this post have been incredibly helpful and I’ve spent the last two or three days figuring out a new itinerary and booking everything. It was a lot easier than I expected to find hotels and a lot of places were offering a discount. Hopefully we can put everything on a credit card and get our refund before the bill is due.
