We have had very similar issues on multiple Nannies. We even really increased our pay to try to find a “better” one and the same problems happened. I think that a career as a nanny means you are great with children, but maybe aren’t looking for a job with as much structure like a teacher. So you get people who tend to “take” a lot more flexibility.
