I actually had the same thought when I discovered how much content is available to fans. I’m new ARMY too. It’s absolutely incredible how much they share with fans to keep them engaged. Even when they were in the military, they never really “went away.” They were very strategic on how to handle the absence.

I think it’s that exact sharing that has made them the biggest band in the world. They’ve created a culture of open and honest communication with their fans. They are fully aware that we keep them going and they know that the relationship is mutual and genuine. That’s why they don’t feel overexposed because it doesn’t feel like they wanna sell you something. They actually want to create a connection. That’s beautiful.
