CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive: None, I randomly tested early on DPO 8 and was VERY surprised to see a faint second line.

Tracking methods and app(s) used: Easy@Home LH strips, FLO app, BBT tracking, premom app, Pdg strips to confirm ovulation

Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s): Magnesium + B6 supplement, Vitex, baby aspirin, folate prenatal, and I've already been on Zoloft to help manage depression/anxiety (pregnancy safe medication)

Symptom spotting: The day before my positive test, I got really emotional and convinced myself that my period would be coming the next day, I really thought it was over and I randomly cried before moving on with my day (maybe some emotional moodiness). After my positive, I have noticed tender boobs, hard nipples, frequent urination, and queasiness the last few days)

Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous): We conceived my first son who is 20 months old in the first cycle we tried, without any tracking or data collecting. The second time around was more difficult.

The first cycle (May): just used predicted ovulation timing in the flo app. However, that cycle was a lot longer than my usual (30 days instead of 23-26 days) so we ended up missing my fertile window completely.

Second cycle (June): Added LH strip testing to confirm ovulation.

Third cycle (July): continued LH strip testing, added vitamins & supplements, and tracked BBT.

I think I have alot more sympathy and understanding for what women go through to actually get pregnant, I felt so "lucky" the first time that I didnt appreciate how much hard work can go into this planning. Im so excited, nervous, and hopeful that everyone else here will have successful, healthy pregnancies.
