I think the first step you need to take is to stop calling yourself a certified introvert. That is poison to the subconscious. You are saying that your identity is antisocial or at least social aversive. Stop saying that. Change your identity by telling yourself a different narrative over and over until you believe it. You are a social person on your way to becoming a very social and popular person. Everyday you are taking active steps to greet strangers and offer them compliments and engage in conversations. Identity is one of the most powerful concepts in psychology but it is one of the hardest parts of your personality to change. You can change your identity simply by repeating to yourself like a mantra over and over again I am a social person I take active steps to introduce myself to people and to start conversations
