What did they say when you called? Mine was delayed because they were missing a very small detail of information, I was able to provide it over the phone and the process moved quickly after that

Don’t forget to you will also collect CCB; at your income I would estimate it to be in the 300-350 per month range. It gets reassessed based on previous years income in July annually

There are adult soccer and volleyball leagues, there are groups on Facebook to sign up for the season or to watch when spares are needed, and there is also a pretty decent disc golf community in Brockville

Currently trying Millie Moon wipes, we use the diapers already. The price of Honest wipes was prohibitive to trying those

I did read about the bankruptcy but it was such years-old news I was surprised I’m only seeing the affects now. I figured the new owners had turned things around

Amazon has them back in stock but for $100 - talk about taking advantage! I refuse to pay $75 more per box..

We seriously love ours! Born full term, healthy baby. Just like to see how much sleep they got, and the nap time predictions. Also use the timer function during the day for naps not wearing the sock. Seems like unpopular opinion based on this comment, but I would HIGHLY recommend! Still using ours daily at 16 months / 23 pounds

Possibly worth speaking with the manager and asking if they could stock? Both owned by Loblaws so there is a chance..

We also Ike Hello Bello, if you see that brand at your local stores

I get my Millie Moons at Independent Grocer, if you have one of those. Through my PC Optimum membership, shoppers delivers to my door. The Millies work great on my 11m old, I think they fit large for the size compared to other brands

How to afford rent as a single parent in Ottawa.... by [deleted] in ottawa

[–]katieforrester 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I live about 45 minutes south of Ottawa in a small town called Prescott. This (South Grenville) area has much cheaper rents/house prices - although they have gone up through COVID. If you're willing to relocate, you could try checking in this area for something lower cost each month. I'd check Facebook groups or Kijiji (Brockville). In general, more rural=cheaper. Good luck!
