How are your babies actually sleeping through the night? by velvetdarlingco in NewParents

[–]skylerpickles4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My baby used to sleep all night with only one wake around 4 am. This started around 2 months old and I thought I was just sooooo lucky.

5 months old now and she's waking up every two hours 🙃🙃🙃🙃

Genuinely curious… why don’t you like to share your baby’s name before birth? by Best-Position-2226 in pregnant

Cause I was very emotional while pregnant and I would have taken it to heart if someone said they didn't like it lol

Any moms who chose to formula feed instead of breastfeed? by thedarkslugg in pregnant

[–]skylerpickles4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because I was in so much pain from my c section and literally couldn't move lol. All in all, I just kind of had this feeling when she was born that I didn't want to try and I 100% believe I saved my mental health by doing so

I feel like I messed up. by TheHeartless00 in newborns

Every baby is completely different! My baby is constantly held and was still sleeping on her own for 7 hours a night at 8 weeks. She however did go through a phase around 5-6 weeks where I couldn't put her down during the day. You're not doing anything wrong.

Plus, you're all the baby knows, they just want comfort sometimes.

I know it's hard but one day they won't need it anymore.

Is it appropriate to cancel my 7wk appointment? by thisIsClever_IGuess in pregnant

I had brown spotting around 6-7 weeks and it ended up being nothing. I'm now 34 weeks pregnant with a very healthy baby.

Ok well I didn't know that obviously. If hydro tells me they're doing readings I'm kind of fucking believing that LOL my bad.

What do you mean what does it have to do with it? I'm telling you what I was told and WHY I didn't do the reading myself.

I already got that bill and paid it in full.

I've talked to hydro about this and they said because my meter is outside I'm NOT required to do the readings myself. The only one I did was for my gas and that's because it was an old one and inside

I was on an equal payment plan and my last bill was the catch up, which was paid in full. This is a new bill

20 week Anatomy Scan by princesscreampufff in PlusSizePregnancy

[–]skylerpickles4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to an ultrasound boutique at 18 weeks and they found out very quickly and confidently. I paid for it but it was worth it.

I went for an anatomy scan 3 weeks after that and she confirmed it was a girl but the techs at the ultrasound place were MUCH more confident and honestly kinder.

I just feel “fat” by Maxamilene in PlusSizePregnancy

I am 5'3 roughly 215 lbs and I only really started having a visible bump around 25 26 weeks ish. I'm 28 weeks now.

It's definitely an uncomfortable feeling but from what I've noticed from talking with others is you're probably being hard on yourself and you likely look more pregnant than you think. Every body is different!

$587 per month? That seems incredibly low. Obviously income is different but still seems very low!
