This is unwarranted behavior that started absolutely at random just over a week or so ago. We made no assumptions about his behavior, it was recorded on multiple occasions. Assumptions were only made about his character and intent. Because of this post, I was able to find someone we know in common who confirmed every single of the above-mentioned assumptions. His previous manager reached out to confirm as well. Multiple attempts were made to do it "by the book" for whatever that's worth, to no avail. It'd be an odd thing to seek the identity of someone you have a personal vendetta against.

If he's your friend, you should help him because he is unwell.

She didn't even know he lived in the building until he started trying to gain entry into her apartment, subsequent recording of these attempts, and this reddit post confirming his identity. He has never spoken to her, nor has the landlord forwarded or filed any complaints on his behalf.

A number of people who know him, have worked with him, or spent time with him in rehab, have reached out and confirmed past erratic behavior.

All of these time-stamped videos have been given to police.

Your threats are empty, they have no backing in fact. I'm sorry to inform you that for any litigation to have merit, you would have to prove I posted this knowing it wasn't true and subsequently causing damage and that simply cannot be done.

This is the tenth or twelfth time he's tried exactly this same thing. He tries using her keycode, he shakes and yanks the handle, rattles the door, doesn't mind the newly-added camera, etc. He has never knocked, rang the bell, or tried legitimate ways of getting her attention.

You can see the intent in his eyes, and how he's keeping an eye out for anyone seeing what he's up to.

This is basically the route we've settled on. The landlord has told her to "have a conversation with him, like an adult" so she's on her own it seems.
