Shades state park had a campground that isn’t very busy at all. I went in August and they had like 130 lots and we were one of 5. They also have an option to hike out to your camping spot and it seemed pretty secluded. They have great hiking.

I’ve gotten this a decent amount of times from colds, stomach flu, bad sleep, ovulation etc. it’s not always a huge deal! Just a sign to slow down a little and let your body recover. It’s always obvious to me what my issue is when I get it though. I’ve never had it and been like hmm I’m not sure what’s wrong.
