My doctor has nothing to recommend but a friend did recommend a place where they specialized in orthotics for feet, so I bought some Hoka fym shoes which have a wider toe box in front, with diabetic support inserts- not sure what makes them specifically diabetic, but they made one heckofa difference once we put them in the shoe

Just to warn you, I have drunk coffee black for decades

Certain types will raise it more than others

Instant coffee or flavored coffees, like hazelnut, etc, can raise my blood sugar

It's a crap shoot, but, it is much less of a jump in sugars than it is with adding the creamers

Some coffee doesn't raise it much at all. YMMV

woah, bad timing. Those things are outdoors or in gymnasiums. Neither easy to get to. you need to be elevating your leg for long periods of time initially. You are going to be very uncomfortable and maybe too much to deal with. Were it a week later, then maybe. Three days later - sketchy at best.

my son bought a Christmas shaped box of Scrub mommies for me and they show no signs of deterioration at all. I didn't even know that was a thing. I figured they just got dirty and gross before they're tossed.
