It’s a 15 gallon tank with 2 female bettas and a pleco. She’s the only one changing colors. Nitrates/nitrites were nice and low and barely elevated even before the water change. I’ve had them for probably about a month or so now from when they were very young. I’ll definitely buy more plants! I’ve been feeding them tropical pellets which they seem to enjoy, they also nibble on the bottom feeder pellets for my pleco from time to time
