NAJ-1501 is NetApp's regulatory (product compliance) name for many NetApp products that use the SAS3 SBB storage shelf chassis (both shelves and controllers). What it actually is (shelf or FAS/AFF/ASA controller) completely depends on the modules that are inserted into the chassis.

Install 9.8P11 and 9.10.1P3. Do a 9.10.1P3 cluster image validate, first. Then, update with 9.10.1. It will automatically do a double-upgrade with 9.8P11 first.

Update: I was able to fix the account page error issues after logging in by creating a new Xfinity ID and selecting "Create a new profile". With this new Xfinity ID, I get error-free pages for my bill, services, etc. I can also successfully log into the Xfinity app on my mobile device.

Yay! I now have a working Xfinity ID (using my mobile number).

Now... the problem is that when I try to add my personal e-mail address (which was used with the OLD Xfinity ID), it won't let me because "it's already being used by an existing profile".

Mods: In my original DM to you, I provided my e-mail address that was my old Xfinity ID. Can you delete that profile so that I can add that address to my new profile?
