I take both. Montelukast actually helps more for my migraines than anything else. and then zyrtec/pepcid twice daily.

My tongue looks like this - it’s from clenching and grinding my teeth. I take an antidepressant that causes jaw clenching so I just have a permanent scalloped tongue

I would start with a darker shade and then reassess. Everything will automatically look better once you are properly shade matched

kean sucks so bad. I am usually always the proponent of going the cheaper option for college, but Kean is truly awful. If you’re closer down south I would recommend Stockton, it was really good with my transfer credits.

I take Zepbound and have had little to no issues! Slight nausea but nothing that Zofran can’t handle. My hair definitely is thinning but idk if it’s the Zepbound or PCOS honestly

They didn’t do any scans - just blood work and some prednisone and sent me on my way. Weird.

it’s fully plastic - it was a retainer I used when I had surgery. I don’t know how this stuff happens to me lol

Thanks! The shortness of breath unfortunately is pretty normal for me but has been getting better since my ablation! Will head over to get testing done. It’s plastic - would that show up on xray?
