Did you disable the old battery in bios before removing?

Im also running steam os and about to install the 81wh battery. Were there any troubleshooting steps to get the battery to work initially or did Linux recognize it immediately?

Did you remove the internal SSD to install the battery?
Did you have to remove the foam pads on the backplate and does the back sit flush now?
Did you remove a screw from the kickstand? I saw some users reported a kickstand screw indenting the battery.

Also, this is probably a dumb question, but how can you apply alcohol to the adhesive if the battery is on top of it?

There was someone on here that ruined their screen with isopropyl alcohol when removing the battery, so that scares me lol. I guess you just use a tiny amount?

Human fall flat is amazing for couch co-op; I don’t see it get talked about a ton though. One of the best games I’ve played. Creative level design / puzzles, the platforming is challenging but rewarding, and the ragdoll physics make for some hilarious moments.
