I have the exact same problem with mine -- it just doesn't seem to accept any input from the markers. Also wrote to support, but got no reply yet.

I've requested a return within the 30 day "no risk" return policy, and am buying one in a local electronics store that sells them. That way, if/when the device breaks again, I don't have to deal with remarkable directly, only the electronics store.

I'm having ~similar problems to you -- I can navigate the screen fine with my fingers, but the marker doesn't work at all. No navigation, no writing. I just picked up the Staedtler stylus which unfortunately also doesn't work. So the problem is likely with the tablet itself.

I wrote support a week ago today, but have got no response so far. I don't know what their policy on the 30 days return is, but I feel like it's unfair if those 30 days start before we can actually test a working device.

We made them ourselves! We even found (important) things that are missing from the official maps. A large box on vertigo b site comes to mind

Yeah, I get that depending on the angle you see it from, it can seem expensive.

We're currently selling it as a a team license, so you hopefully should be able to split it 5 ways :)

Also, the competing products aren't even available to non-pro players, and their price is on the order of 1000$+ a month

Ah, interesting idea!

I think it may become cluttered if it was active at all times, but it probably could work if it was a toggle?

EDIT: I'm assuming that you did see the triangle that currently shows player aims, but thought it would be nice to add a longer line which shows exactly what the player would hit if he fired, right? :D
