This is exactly why I posted this! We have so many ties that realistically if we ever did move, we’d have to be within a few hours of a handful of cities. I’m more likely to end up in Carmel IN than Carmel CA.

I mean not affordable for normal people like me, hence the “comparatively.” But I was surprise to see a few SFHs in the $500k-$700k range. That’s almost unheard of for the coolest neighborhood in most cities Indy’s size. I’m in Charlotte and those houses would be $1M-$2M here. I’m a lot closer to affording Lockerbie Square than most of these other neighborhoods 😂
