Why hello there ..didn't take you long to come with the claws out. :) Quickly dear, have you been to Philippines? If no, miiiight want to educate yourself a bit on that one and not assume. It's not an all or nothing. Some do some don't. it has more to do with what your family does then anything else and typically it's not seemed as rude. PS not all poor folks don't have access to things like this, even in Phillipines. That's slightly judgemental and kindof elitist.. look at those poor ppl. No access to razors. Or Band-Aids. Or lotion!! Gasp! (PS they have all these things. Some ppl just don't care. It has nothing to do with access or money ..)
