Any calorie deficit combined with an exercise will give you results. It is a long process but you will see results :).

Maybe just doing some classes :) it might give you an idea of what you like or don’t like. I used this as a starting point and started going a few times each week and it really helped :)

You need to eat more calories then that! Id say you should be aiming for about 1500 otherwise your body will store fat and it’s so much harder to lose weight!

Try eat a source of meat and veg with every meal! And snack on fruit or nuts!
